XinHuan Transformer has completed delivery of twelve 2,500 kVA oil-immersed distribution transformers for Huaibei Mining Group's Anhui coal processing expansion project.
XinHuan Transformer has successfully completed delivery of twelve 2,500 kVA oil-immersed distribution transformers for Huaibei Mining Group's ongoing coal processing expansion in Anhui Province. The order, placed through a local EPC contractor, required units rated for continuous heavy-duty operation in high-dust environments with Class H insulation.
All twelve transformers passed full factory acceptance tests including temperature rise, impedance voltage, load loss, and induced voltage testing in accordance with GB/T 6451 and IEC 60076. Delivery was completed within the agreed six-week window.
"Mining applications demand transformers that can sustain rated output under continuous load with minimal maintenance access," said the project engineering lead. "The GB/T-compliant units from XinHuan met our specification requirements across all tested parameters."
The units are now in service powering the processing facility's MV distribution network. XinHuan continues to supply oil-immersed and dry-type transformers to mining, industrial, and utility customers across China and internationally.
