Founded in 2007 with a focus on stable, testable manufacturing, XinHuan has grown its product range from standard distribution transformers to include dry-type units, prefabricated substations, and medium-voltage switchgear — all produced under documented quality controls.

Quality Inspection Track Record

2016

National spot-check inspection (国抽) — transformer products passed first attempt at national level.

2017–19

Three consecutive provincial quality inspections passed — both oil-immersed and dry-type transformer product lines.

2021

National energy-efficiency transformer type tests completed at the National Electrical Product Quality Supervision & Inspection Centre and Suzhou Electric Research Institute — S20 and SCB18 series.

2022

Type tests completed at Gansu Electric Research Institute for S20 oil-immersed and SCB14 dry-type series — passed first attempt.

Type test reports available on request for specific product series. All inspections conducted by nationally accredited third-party laboratories.
