2500 kVA is the most widely searched capacity for heavy industrial facilities, commercial complexes, substation step-down feeders, and renewable energy plants. XinHuan manufactures IEC 60076 and ANSI C57.12 2500 kVA oil-immersed, cast resin dry-type, anti-corrosion, and high-altitude transformers at 11 kV, 22 kV, 33 kV, and 35 kV.

Technical Overview
2500 kVA — High Capacity Power & Distribution Core
2500 kVA (2.5 MVA) transformers bridge medium-voltage distribution grids with heavy industrial loads, mining facilities, data centers, and renewable energy substations. Available in both oil-immersed (S11/S13/S22 series) and cast resin dry-type (SCB13/SCB14 series) configurations.
XinHuan manufactures 2500 kVA units to IEC 60076 as the primary standard, with GB/T 1094 and ANSI C57.12 compliance. All 2500 kVA transformers undergo full routine testing (winding resistance, voltage ratio, phase displacement, short-circuit impedance, load and no-load losses, separate-source AC withstand voltage, and induced overvoltage withstand voltage).
Key options include: ONAN/ONAF dual cooling, off-circuit tap changer (±2 x 2.5%) or on-load tap changer (OLTC), Buchholz relay, magnetic oil level gauge, winding thermometer with alarm contacts, and IP23/IP54 protective enclosures for dry-type units.
