11kV Distribution Transformers
11 kV is the dominant distribution voltage across Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and parts of the Middle East. XinHuan manufactures IEC 60076 oil-immersed and dry-type transformers at 11 kV high voltage class, from 50 kVA to 2500 kVA, for utility and industrial projects.

Technical Overview
11kV — The Global Distribution Standard
11 kV (also written 11kV or 11,000 V) is the most widely deployed medium-voltage distribution class outside the Americas. It is standard in Sub-Saharan Africa, the UK, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Southeast Asia, and GCC countries. Distribution transformers at this voltage class step down to 0.4 kV (400 V / 230 V) for end-user supply.
XinHuan's 11 kV transformer range is manufactured to IEC 60076 as the primary standard, with GB/T 1094 cross-reference available. The S13 and S22 series oil-immersed designs feature amorphous or grain-oriented silicon steel cores for low no-load losses, hermetically sealed or conservator tank options, and ONAN standard cooling with ONAF upgrade available for high ambient temperature sites.
Standard accessories include: off-circuit tap changer (±2 × 2.5%), oil level gauge, thermometer, pressure relief valve, earthing terminal, and cable boxes. Buchholz relay, winding temperature relay, and on-load tap changer (OLTC) available on request.

Frequently Asked Questions — 11kV Distribution Transformers
XinHuan's 11kV Distribution Transformers units are manufactured strictly to IEC 60076 and GB/T 1094 standards (or ANSI C57.12 upon request). Every unit undergoes full factory routine tests: winding resistance, voltage ratio, phase displacement, short-circuit impedance, load/no-load losses, and separate-source AC withstand voltage.
To receive a firm EXW, FOB, or CIF quote within 24 hours, please provide: rated capacity (kVA), primary/secondary voltage, frequency (50Hz/60Hz), vector group (e.g. Dyn11), cooling method (ONAN/ONAF or AN/AF), and destination port.
Transformers are packed in fumigated export-grade wooden cases with waterproof moisture barriers and internal bracing. We support EXW (Hefei factory), FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo port), and CIF to any global destination port.
